Hello everybody.

I started this image some weeks ago. It started as something to spend the free time, but then I decided I wanted to finish it before the end of the year. I have been playing too much Guitar Hero, and this has served as some kind of punishment for being so lazy

I'd like to tell that this image has been made just for fun and because of my admiration for Brom. I do not have any intention to walk on the thin line of copyrights or whatever.
If you want to see Brom's image, just google "Brom goat head" and you got it.

I hope you like it!

Hi there
Long time since having something cooked You know, too much work for others and not too much for personal things.
With this character I have tried to blend a bit of the Marvel world and of course, the Fantasy style that I love . I wanted to focus mainly on a character without almost no background. Also, i have submitted it to Expose4 in the last minutes of the deadline :P
I have used Zbrush, 3dsmax, and of course, photoshop to blend it all.
If you want to see some work in progress, i have a thread started this way : http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=314016
Thanks for watching!

Hi!
Here is my newest artwork. As ever, i´m deeply inspired by Fantasy Art
I have used 3dsmax to model basic pieces that later in Zbrush came to live. I did a lot of Zbrushing in modeling, displacements and texturing (Projection Master is great ). After Zbrush, it all returns to 3dsmax to get the lighting, fur and additional details. It all was rendered with Mental Ray. I had to do a lot of tricks to render without memory crashes! (original image is 2480x3507 at 300dpi)
At last, I merged all the layers in Photoshop and gave him the final light and more and more details.
If you want to see more images of the work in progress I have a thread here at cgtalk that you can reach here:
There is a higher resolution image at my website.
Hope you like it!

Hi!
I have just finished a model i started long time ago. I ´ve found some free (free?) time to work on it and after a couple of hours it is "almost" done. Well, for me it is a finished image and i´m pretty happy on how it looks, but now, i´ll move on to Zbrush and see what can i do with that babe. For me it is going to be the first time with that software and i do not want to have the model not finished because my incompetence or lack of free time
You can see additional images and reference inside this other thread in the wip section:

Hi
This is something I have been working on for the past weeks. It has been a pain to compose everything in a believable way because I never had a clear idea of what I was looking for. Well, you know how those big snow balls are when you can´t stop them
Anyway, I like how it looks and I plan to submit it to Exposè, who knows
Maybe if the thread appears before the deadline I can read some good improvements from you
Thanks !

"The Captain" was on my mind for a long time. I did not want to create something realistic at all, but something that could let me play with light and contrast. In this image I wanted to work on the composition and lights to create feelings and emotions. To be honest, i was about to left the image and move on to another project, but since I did a lot of modeling and textures I decided to finish it.
As in other projects, I work at very high resolutions (3507x2576 300dpi) so the rendering process as been a very pain for my computer (I rendered it in almost 50 parts)
This is going to be part of my upcoming demoreel that I hope to be good to give me a decent job
You can see a higher resolution image at my website, under the art section.
Your comments are greatly appreciated.

Hi
Here is my last image. It seems that everytime I start something I end up doing barbarians... oh, well, what can I say, I like Conan a lot .
I did the modeling in 3dsmax 7 and displacements made with Zbrush. The render was in Mental Ray. Also, I used Ornatrix for the fur of the beast and the clothes of the warrior. The hair of the warrior was made with alpha maps.
Photoshop was used for the final composition.
Hope you like it!
